Job Title: CNC Operator / CNC Programmer

Location: Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 2–6 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator / Programmer to join our manufacturing team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machines, programming, and operation, ensuring precision and quality in all machining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Lathe, Milling, Laser, or Waterjet) efficiently.

• Program CNC machines using CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent).

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM outputs.

• Perform tool changes, machine setups, and quality checks as per production standards.

• Ensure machine maintenance, calibration, and compliance with safety protocols.

• Troubleshoot minor machine and program issues to avoid production delays.

• Maintain production documentation and report progress to supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and programming.

• Strong knowledge of CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, etc.).

• Familiarity with CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar).

• Experience with materials such as Steel, Aluminium, Brass, or SS.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Tool & Die or related fields.

• Previous experience supervising small CNC setups or training junior operators.
