CNC Machine Operator

Responsibilities

·       Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce metal parts according to specifications

·       Load and unload materials onto the machines

·       Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary

·       Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines

·       Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently

·       Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

·       Maintain a clean and organized work area

·       Adhere to safety and quality standards

Qualifications

·       Previous experience as a VMC Operator, CNC Operator, or similar role

·       Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints

·       Ability to operate and program CNC machines

·       Strong attention to detail and precision

·       Good mechanical aptitude

·       Ability to work independently and in a team

·       Excellent problem-solving skills

·       Basic computer skills
