Manufacturing CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to set up and operate CNC machines for precision component manufacturing. The role involves understanding machining processes, interpreting technical drawings, ensuring dimensional accuracy, and maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specifications and production plans.

· Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets to determine machining requirements.

· Prepare, install, and adjust tools, fixtures, and workpieces for machining operations.

· Perform machine programming edits, tool offsets, and minor adjustments as required.

· Monitor machining operations to ensure precision, surface finish, and compliance with quality standards.

· Inspect and measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM, etc.).

· Conduct routine maintenance and ensure machines are kept in optimal condition.

· Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

· Report any deviations, breakdowns, or quality issues promptly to the supervisor.

Requirements:

· Proven experience operating CNC machines (Turning / Milling).

· Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and geometric tolerances.

· Basic knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes.

· Proficiency with measuring tools and quality inspection methods.

· Good attention to detail, technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.

· ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000- ₹30,000 per month
