Job Description

Job Title: Mazak CNC / HMC Machine Operator
Location: Lasundra
Experience: 2–5 Years
Department: Production / Machining

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Mazak CNC / HMC Machine Operator with strong hands-on knowledge of Mazatrol control. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, tooling, offset corrections, and maintaining high precision and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate & set Mazak CNC / HMC machines (Mazatrol control)
Perform Mazatrol conversational edits & offset adjustments
Read & interpret drawings, GD&T & tolerances
Monitor tool life, wear & first-off inspection
Fixture setup, zero setting & job changeover
Optimize cycle time, feeds & speeds
Handle castings, forgings, SS & aluminum parts
Maintain quality records, job cards & shift logs
Follow safety, 5S & preventive maintenance practices

Education:

ITI / Diploma (Machinist / Mechanical / Production)
CNC / Mazak certification preferred

Experience Required:

4–5 years on Mazak CNC / HMC machines
Experience in precision & mass production machining

Skills:
Mazatrol Programming | CNC Setup & Operation | GD&T | Tooling & Offsets | Quality Control
