Job Title: CNC Operator
Department: Production / Machine Shop

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to operate CNC machines, maintain production quality, and achieve production targets. The candidate should have knowledge of machine operation, tool handling, and measuring instruments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC Turning / VMC / HMC machines as per production requirements.

  • Load and unload components safely.

  • Check dimensions using measuring instruments.

  • Monitor machine performance and maintain production records.

  • Perform tool changing and offset adjustments as required.

  • Ensure product quality according to drawings and specifications.

  • Follow production plans and achieve daily targets.

  • Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S activities.

  • Report machine issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.

  • Follow safety standards and company procedures.
