CNC / VMC Operator & VMC Programmer – ITI Mechanical

Location: Ghaziabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Description:

New India Scale is hiring CNC Operators, VMC Operators, and VMC Programmers for its manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC/VMC machines, understanding machining processes, ensuring quality production, and achieving daily output targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC and VMC machines as per standard procedures

• Read and interpret engineering drawings & machining instructions

• Set up tools, fixtures, workpieces, and basic machine parameters

• Monitor machine operations to maintain accuracy and consistency

• Perform offset adjustments, tool changes, and minor corrections

• Inspect machined components using vernier, micrometer, gauges, etc.

• Maintain daily production & quality records

• For VMC Programmers:

  • Adjust feeds, speeds, toolpaths as per job requirement

  • Troubleshoot machine errors and optimize cycle time

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of CNC / VMC machining

• Ability to read mechanical drawings (2D/3D)

• Basic understanding of G-Codes & M-Codes (for VMC programming)

• Measuring instruments handling skills

• Good mechanical aptitude & discipline

• Ability to work in shifts (if required)
