Manufacturing CNC Machine Operator

Jyoti Hydraulic is looking for an experienced CNC Turning Machine Operator / Programmer with strong knowledge of CNC machine programming, setting, and operation. The candidate should be capable of independently setting up CNC turning machines and producing components according to technical drawings and required specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• CNC Turning Machine programming and setting.

• Independently set up machines for new jobs/components.

• Prepare and modify CNC programs according to component drawings.

• Select appropriate tools, inserts, cutting parameters, feeds, and speeds.

• Perform tool setting, job setting, and offset adjustments.

• Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

• Ensure accurate machining and maintain required component quality.

• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.

• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and dimensional issues.

• Reduce cycle time, tool wear, rejection, and material wastage.

• Maintain proper machine condition and follow workplace safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience with CNC Turning Machines.

• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine setting.

• Ability to handle machine setup independently.

• Good understanding of engineering drawings and machining processes.

• Knowledge of CNC tooling, inserts, offsets, feeds, and speeds.

• Experience in precision component manufacturing will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
