Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC machinery safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or production environment and the ability to read blueprints, follow instructions, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, grinding, etc.) according to specifications.

• Load raw materials and input machining instructions into the CNC control panel.

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to understand machining requirements.

• Monitor the CNC machine during operation and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Tool & Die or related field.

• Proven experience as a CNC operator or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with CNC machinery and tools (e.g., mills, lathes).

Work Conditions:

• Shift-based work (day/night).

• Standing for long periods.

• Exposure to noise and metalworking machinery.
