We are hiring for CNC Forming Machine Operator

Company: INTERNATIONAL SPRINGS AND STAMPINGS PVT. LTD.
Location: Wagle Industrial Estate

Job Type-Full-time

Responsibilities & Duties

Operate CNC wire forming machines and ring coiling machines for operations such as coiling, forming, wave forming, etc.
Prepare tooling and perform machine operational setup.
Understand job specifications and execute production accordingly.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Handle and operate Cam, Camless, 4 Axis, 12 Axis, and 13 Axis machines.
Work on manufacturing of Tension/Torsion springs, wave washers, wire formed parts, sheet metal parts, retaining rings, and torsion with compression springs.

Required Skills

Knowledge of CNC machine operations and setup.
Ability to read technical drawings and job specifications.
Understanding of spring and wire forming components manufacturing.
Familiarity with multi-axis CNC forming machines.
