Roles & responsibilities

1. Machine operation: Set up and operate CNC machines

2. Machine Cleaning.

3. Quality control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet blueprints and

specifications

4. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues

5. Documentation: Keep records of machine actions and production quality

6. Ram Material, spare parts usage record.

7. Teamwork: Work with others to produce high-quality parts

8. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues as they arise, Machine Breakdown Handling

9. Line Clearance, Product Changeover.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Possesses a combination of technical skills, along with strong analytical and problem-

solving abilities.

2. Must be from a mechanical background. ( BTech/ I.T.I./Diploma in mechanical )
