CNC / VMC Machine Operator - Tool Room (PLASTIC INDUSTRY)

Key responsibilities include loading raw materials, selecting tools, monitoring production for quality assurance, and performing routine machine maintenance.

Machine Setup: Select, install, and align tools, fixtures, and raw materials according to technical drawings or setups sheets.
Operation & Monitoring: Operate VMC machines, adjusting feed rates and M/G codes to ensure efficient production.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to meet strict tolerances.
Maintenance: Perform daily maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a VMC Operator or CNC machinist (usually 2+ years preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T symbols.
Programming Knowledge: Understanding of CNC programming languages
Tools: Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and tools.

Education: High school diploma 10th & ITI
