Job Description – CNC Operator / CNC Setter Cum Operator

Location: Oragadam, Chennai
Experience: 1–4 Years
Department: Production – Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and set up CNC machines as per production requirements.
Perform machine setting, tool setting, and offset corrections.
Load and unload components and ensure smooth machine operation.
Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
Monitor production quality and conduct in-process inspections.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Height Gauge.
Perform tool changes and basic machine maintenance.
Maintain production records and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and minimize downtime.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
