Job Description

We are looking for a CNC Machine Oprator to join our team Gurukrupa Enterprise . The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC drilling and milling machines for aluminum profiles
Read and understand technical drawings / CAD designs
Set up machine parameters, tools, and fixtures
Monitor machine performance and ensure accurate cutting & finishing
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Ensure quality control of finished products
Manage daily production .
Coordinate with design, fabrication, and installation teams
Maintain proper records of production and materials
Ensure workplace safety and proper machine handling

Job Requirements:

Experience as a CNC Machine Operator.(Aluminum / fabrication industry preferred)
Knowledge of drilling, milling, and cutting processes.
Basic understanding of AutoCAD / technical drawings.
Ability to handle production planning & management.
Good problem-solving and technical skills.
Attention to detail and quality.
