We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with strong technical drawing interpretation abilities to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, turning, or grinding) safely and efficiently.
Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to understand component dimensions and tolerances.
Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine attachments based on job requirements.
Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
Make adjustments to machine settings or tooling as needed to maintain accuracy.
Conduct first-piece inspections and ongoing quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Ensure that parts produced meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all company safety policies.
Perform basic machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Knowledge of CNC machine operations (turning, milling, drilling, etc.).
Familiarity with measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.
Basic understanding of G-code and CNC programming (preferred).
Attention to detail, precision, and manual dexterity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in CNC machine operation with exposure to technical drawing interpretation.
Experience with AutoCAD or other CAD software is a plus.
Familiarity with ISO/TS quality standards.
