Load raw materials such as gasket sheets, metal into CNC machines, secure them with fixtures, and execute pre-programmed cycles for cutting, milling, drilling, or turning.
Monitor machine operations, adjust speeds and feeds, and perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tolerances match engineering drawings.
Conduct routine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting for issues like tool wear or programming errors
