CNC Machine Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator/Programmer with hands-on experience operating and programming Homag and Biesse CNC machinery. You will play a key role in our production team, fabricating high-quality wood, plastic, or composite components to exact specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain Homag and Biesse CNC machines.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.

• Program CNC machines using proprietary or industry-standard software (e.g., WoodWOP, BiesseWorks, bSolid).

• Monitor machine performance and conduct quality checks.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed at all times.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating and programming Homag and/or Biesse CNC machines.

• Proficient with relevant CAD/CAM software.

• Strong understanding of materials, tooling, and machining techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or furniture manufacturing.

• Forklift certification or machine maintenance experience.

• Bilingual (optional depending on workplace needs).
