Key Responsibilities:

Set up CNC machines (lathe/milling) for production runs
Load raw materials and tools, and adjust machine settings
Operate machines to produce high-quality parts
Perform first-off inspections and in-process quality checks
Troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols
