Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, drilling, etc.)
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs
Load raw materials and ensure proper machine alignment
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
Inspect finished products using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Maintain quality standards and ensure accuracy of parts
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
Identify and troubleshoot basic machine issues
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Maintain production records and reports
