Qualification: DME - Automobile, ITI Fitter & Welder

Transport : Tambaram, vandalur, SP kovil, valajapath, Sunguvarchatram, Sriperumbudur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the plastic injection moulding department, including production schedules, resource allocation, and team performance.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

• Ensure all production activities adhere to strict quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

• Conduct trials for new injection moulds, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to production.

• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for part defects, implementing effective and lasting solutions.

• Interpret material data sheets and mould flow analysis reports to optimise processing parameters and material usage.

• Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
