We are looking for a skilled and proactive CNC Machine Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and related equipment at customer sites or in-house. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, along with hands-on experience in servicing CNC machines.
Install and commission CNC machines (Turning, Milling, VMC, etc.) at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in CNC machines.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per service schedules.
Repair or replace faulty parts including motors, drives, control boards, spindles, etc.
Calibrate and align machine tools to ensure optimal performance.
Read and interpret machine schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Maintain service reports, documentation, and customer feedback records.
Train machine operators or end users on proper machine usage and basic maintenance.
Coordinate with the internal service team and update status on service calls.
ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance or servicing (Fresher with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations and control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.).
Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation systems.
Ability to use diagnostic tools and service software.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations.
Field-based role involving regular travel.
May require working at customer sites with varying work conditions.
Occasional overtime or emergency service calls may be required.
