Job Description

A CNC machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components according to technical specifications. Their duties include programming the machine, loading materials, performing quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and routine maintenance. Responsibilities

Program CNC machines by inputting precise measurements and commands.
Load and unload raw materials and ensure proper alignment for precision.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Troubleshoot machine problems and make necessary adjustments.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Keep accurate records of machine operations, maintenance, and production.
