Job Title: CNC Operator
Location: Okhla Phase II, New Delhi
Department: Manufacturing/Production
Job Timing: 12hrs of job timing in rotational shift (Mon to Sat)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components. The role involves reading blueprints, ensuring machine efficiency, and performing routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Lathe, Milling, etc.) based on job specifications.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Perform machine setup activities, including tool installation, calibration, and material loading.

• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to maintain optimal performance.

• Conduct quality checks and ensure parts meet required specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.

• Maintain accurate production records.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or CNC Setter.

• Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines.

• Knowledge of technical drawings and precision measurement tools.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with machine calibration and tool changes.
