Machine Setup: Configure, calibrate, and prepare CNC milling machines (e.g., vertical/horizontal machining centers) for production based on blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
Operation & Production:
Load raw materials, run pre-programmed instructions, and manage the machining cycle (milling, drilling, cutting)
.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure they meet exact tolerances.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform daily machine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, checking coolant/oil) and troubleshoot operational issues or errors.
Tooling Changes: Change worn tools, collets, and fixtures as needed.
