Job Description

CNC Operators

Experience Required: 1+ years of relevant experience/ ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Location: Ghaziabad/ Pilkhuwa

Department: Machine Shop

Gross Salary per month: Rs. 13,000/- to Rs. 30,000/-

Duty time: 8hours

Responsible for doing setting of a job & programming for the same

Responsible for First Part Approval

Line Inspection as and when required

Responsible for material movement on the shop floor

Filling the required documents as per the SOP

Suggest and implement improvements

To Maintain and use all the measuring instruments allotted to him

To maintain the proper discipline on the shop floor

To follow the instructions of the Line In charge/floor supervisor

Doing the daily CLIT exercise on their respective machines

Change the jaws, if required take a cut on the jaws as per the part requirement

Taking the offset of the tools as per the changeover plan

Maintain Production Documents daily as per the working Instruction (Dimension Report, Production Report, Follower Card) and submit the same to the Line Incharge
