Manufacturing CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join our team at Bhushan Interiors. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CNC machine को safely और efficiently operate करना।

2. CNC programs/design files को machine में load और execute करना।

3. Drawing और measurements के अनुसार accurate cutting/routing करना।

4. मशीन की setting, tool selection और basic adjustments करना।

5. Production के दौरान dimensions और quality check करना।

6. गलत cutting, wastage और rework को कम करना।

7. CNC machine की daily cleaning और basic maintenance करना।

8. Machine में किसी technical issue को तुरंत supervisor/production manager को report करना।

9. Daily production target को समय पर पूरा करना।

10. Safety rules और company SOP का पालन करना।

Required Skills:

• CNC Router/Machine operating की अच्छी knowledge

• Wood/MDF/Plywood/Laminate पर काम करने का अनुभव

• Technical drawing और measurements समझने की क्षमता

• CNC design/program files की basic understanding

• Machine setting और tool changing की knowledge

• Quality और accuracy पर ध्यान

• Team में काम करने की क्षमता

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 3 - 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
