Job Description

CNC Operator – Job Description (Short)

Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts as per drawings and specifications.
Load raw materials and set up tools/workpieces.
Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments when required.
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (e.g., vernier caliper, micrometer).
Maintain quality standards and production targets.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean.
Report machine issues or defects to the supervisor.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation and engineering drawings.
Ability to use measuring instruments.
Willingness to work in shifts.
