Operate CNC machines according to production drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces for production.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components safely.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
Perform basic CNC program loading, editing, and offset adjustments.
Set and adjust tool offsets, work coordinates, and cutting parameters.
Monitor machining operations and ensure smooth machine performance.
Inspect components using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Maintain required dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and quality standards.
Identify tool wear, machine abnormalities, and machining defects.
Replace or adjust cutting tools when required.
Maintain production records, inspection reports, and machine logbooks.
Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace standards.
Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.
Carry out basic machine maintenance and report breakdowns to the maintenance team.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
Coordinate with supervisors, quality inspectors, and other production team members.
