Job Description

Bajaj Machine Tools (BMT) is looking for a skilled CNC Machine Programmer to join our growing manufacturing team in Ghaziabad. The candidate will be responsible for programming CNC turning and milling machines, interpreting engineering drawings, selecting tools and cutting parameters, and ensuring high-precision machining of components for the automobile, oil & gas, and machinery sectors. The role involves setting up machines, optimizing machining processes, reducing cycle time, and maintaining strict quality standards. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of G-code and M-code, strong understanding of technical drawings and tolerances, and hands-on experience with CNC machines (Fanuc/Siemens preferred). Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Mechanical or related field is preferred, along with 1–5 years of experience (freshers with strong practical knowledge can also apply).
