CNC Machine Operator

• Develop, write, and edit CNC programs for Plasma Cutting machines to process various materials.

• Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and design data to determine the appropriate cutting paths, speeds, and feeds.

• Optimize programs to minimize scrap, reduce cycle time, and ensure high-quality output.

• Perform program simulations and dry runs to check for errors and collisions.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot programming issues and improve manufacturing processes.

• Maintain documentation of CNC programs and setup sheets.

• Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are followed during programming and setup
