Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. CNC Machine Operation

Operate CNC wood router machines for cutting, engraving, and shaping wood materials.
Load and unload raw materials such as MDF, plywood, and hardwood.
Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Perform routine machine maintenance and tool changes.

2. Programming & Design

Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software like AutoCAD, ArtCAM, or Fusion 360.
Convert design files into G-code for machine execution.
Adjust tool paths and cutting parameters for best results.
Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
