Job Description

• Operate woodworking CNC routing machines safely and efficiently.

• Read production drawings and execute jobs accurately.

• Load MDF, plywood, HDHMR, particle board, and other panels onto the machine.

• Perform cutting, drilling, grooving, pocketing, and shaping operations.

• Set work offsets, tool lengths, and machine parameters.

• Change cutting tools and monitor tool wear.

• Ensure dimension accuracy before sending parts to the next process.

• Minimize material wastage through proper nesting.

• Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.

• Report machine faults immediately to the maintenance team.

• Maintain production targets without compromising quality.

• Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

• Coordinate with the Design, Planning, Cutting, Edge Banding, and Production teams.
