Job Title: CNC Sliding Head Machine Operator

Company Overview

We are a precision manufacturing company based in Pune working on Swiss-type / Sliding Head CNC machines for high-precision components.

Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor CNC Sliding Head / Swiss Type machines

- Perform machine setup and tool offset corrections

- Load raw material and inspect finished components

- Read engineering drawings and follow production specifications

- Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards

- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance

- Minimize rejection and ensure smooth production flow

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred

- Experience in Sliding Head / Swiss Type CNC machines preferred

- Basic knowledge of CNC programming and offsets

- Ability to use measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, etc.

- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Tornos / Citizen / Star machines

- Knowledge of production machining and quality inspection

- Ability to work in shifts if required

Salary will be based on experience and skill level.
