Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Siemens controllers.
Operate and program CNC machines as per engineering drawings.
Read and interpret technical drawings and component specifications.
Select appropriate cutting tools, machining parameters, and offsets.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality during machining.
Troubleshoot programming and machining-related issues.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve production targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of relevant experience in CNC programming.
Hands-on knowledge of Siemens CNC controllers.
Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
Knowledge of CNC turning or VMC machining will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
A candidate with practical knowledge of Siemens-controlled CNC machines, precision component machining, and production planning will be preferred.
