Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to handle preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance of CNC machines. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and be capable of minimizing machine downtime while ensuring smooth production.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults.
Repair spindle, ball screw, LM guideways, chuck, turret, and axis mechanisms.
Inspect and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Alignment and leveling of CNC machines.
Replace bearings, belts, couplings, and mechanical components.
Coordinate with production team for machine availability.
Maintain maintenance records and checklists.
Ensure machine safety and housekeeping standards.
Reduce machine downtime and improve machine efficiency.
