Job Description

Immediate Joiners Required.

Role - CNC_Operator

Experience - 1 yr to 2yrs

Salary - 18,000 (inhand) + PF & ESIC

Location - near Pallavaram

Role & responsibilities

Ability to study and interpret component drawings.
Ability to generate program for machining.
Should have knowledge of operating Fanuc Controller.
Ability to operate CNC machines as per the programs.
Should have knowledge and experience in component setting, tool setting and tool selection.
To do routiner/daily maintenance of machines.
Inspect finished products for quality and able to use measuring instruments (Vernier,Micrometer, etc).
Adhere to safety norms in work place.Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Should maintain identification & traceability.
Knowledge of ISO 13485, EU MDR 2017/745 & MDD, Medical Device Rule 2017 standard requirements preferable.
Should maintain all QMS records related to production and maintenance applicable to CNC Lathe.
