Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of CNC turning operators and machine technicians to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
Strong technical proficiency in Mastercam programming, including knowledge of toolpath creation, CNC machine operation.
Proven experience in CNC machining operations with Mastercam software
Plan and schedule production activities, including machine setups, tooling changes, and work assignments, to meet production targets and customer requirements.
Train and mentor CNC turning operators and technicians on machine operation,
