Qualification: – ITI / Diploma in Turner or relevant experience with Basic SSLC/HSC

Experience: 2 Yrs.

Shift timing: Three shift rotational

CTC: Up to 25K take home

Gender: Male

Job Description

· Hands-on experience in CNC Turner and manual lathe operations.

· Set up and operate conventional lathe machines for manual turning operations.

· Measure and inspect components using tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, etc.

· Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to improve efficiency and accuracy.

· Identify and correct machining errors or quality defects.

· Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and safe condition.

· Ensure all machining activities follow safety, quality, and productivity standards.

· Maintain production documentation and job records.

Minimum Requirements:

· Hands-on experience in CNC lathe and manual lathe operations.

· Ability to work independently and interpret complex drawings.

· Good understanding of cutting speeds, feeds, and tool geometry.

· Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
