We are looking for a CNC Lathe Machine Operator to join our team at Powertorc. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹50,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of CNC Lathe machine operation and basic setting.
Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
Understanding of cutting tools, tool offsets and machining parameters.
Quality-conscious and target-oriented.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
