CNC Lathe Machine Operator

Job Title: CNC / VMC / HMC / VTL Operator & Setter

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 1 to 8 Years

Education: ITI / DME / BE (Mechanical)/ Any with experience

Gender : Male only

Shifts:

8 AM – 4.30 PM

4.30 PM – 1 AM

1 AM – 7 AM

Key Responsibilities:

•For Operator (1–8 years exp):

-Complete end-to-end machine operation

-Log book maintenance

-Handling measuring instruments and gauges (Vernier Caliper, Screw Gauge)

-Reading and understanding technical drawings

-Tool selection and handling

-Inspection and visual quality checks

•For Setter cum Operator (1–8 years exp):

-End-to-end machine operation and job setting

-Supervision of assigned tasks

-Problem-solving and machine troubleshooting

-Tool selection and handling

-Reading and understanding technical drawings

-Handling instruments and gauges; quality inspection and visual checks

-Monitoring part cycle time and managing manpower

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of CNC / VMC / HMC / VTL operations

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Knowledge of tools and measuring instruments

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills (for Setter cum Operator)

Ability to work in shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month (Based on Experience)
