Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor CNC Turning Centre machines
Perform job setting, tool setting, and tool changing
Handle jaw setting and component alignment
Read and interpret basic engineering drawings
Ensure production as per required specifications and quality standards
Maintain machine cleanliness and basic maintenance
Follow safety guidelines during operations

Skills & Requirements

Experience in Turning Centre / CNC Machine operation
Knowledge of measuring instruments
Vernier Caliper analog
Micromete
Bore Dial Gaug
Dial Gau
Plug Gauge
Ability to measure components within ±0.02 tolerance
Basic understandin of automobile components (added advantage)
