CNC Lathe Machine Operator

Position Overview:

We are looking for a certified CNC Operator (Fresher) with basic knowledge of

CNC machining. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates who have completed

formal CNC training and are eager to learn on the job.

Work Schedule:

 Shift: Day shift

 Timings: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 Break: 1 hour lunch break (unpaid/paid as per company policy)

Salary:

 Starting salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on certification and basic skills)

Key Responsibilities:

 Operate CNC machines (lathe/mill) under senior guidance

 Load raw materials, set tools, and perform basic machine adjustments, loading and

unloading of raw material/products and shifting work as required.

 Monitor machine operation and check dimensions using measuring instruments

(vernier, micrometer)

 Maintain cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance of the machine, cleaning duty

of machine. Follow safety protocols and quality standards for products.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Certification: Must have a valid CNC Operator / Machining certificate from an ITI,

DTDM, or recognized training institute

 Experience: Fresher (0–24 months) – candidates with no prior job experience but

with minimum practical knowledge of G-code, tool offsets, and machine panel

operation.

 Education: basic english; ITI in Machinist / Turner / CNC preferred

 Skills: Basic understanding of drawings, measuring tools, and tolerances
