CNC Lathe Programmer Cum Operator
Key Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC Lathe machines independently.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications.
Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters.
Perform job setting, tool offsetting, and first-piece inspection.
Ensure components are manufactured within specified tolerances and quality standards.
Optimize machining processes and cycle times for efficient production.
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers and Micrometers for inspection.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Achieve daily production targets and delivery schedules.
Requirements:
Experience in CNC Lathe programming and machine operation.
Good knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and process optimization.
Ability to read engineering drawings and perform quality inspections.
Hardworking, responsible, and quality-conscious.
Full attendance and punctuality are essential.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
