Job Description

CNC Operator – Job Description

Operate CNC machines as per production plan and work instructions.
Load/unload components and monitor machining cycle.
Perform basic in-process inspection using measuring instruments.
Maintain required quality, productivity and cycle time.
Make minor tool/wear offset adjustments as required.
Maintain machine cleanliness and 5S.
Report machine, tool or quality issues to the supervisor.
Follow safety procedures and maintain production records.
