About the role –
As a Client Service & MIS Executive at Saksham Signs, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling order processing, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring on-time delivery of products. This role requires strong communication, follow-up skills, and the ability to handle clients professionally while ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
Location – Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh.
Core responsibilities –
● Client Coordination – Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood, documented, Customers inquires, Product information request and communicated to the Project Manager for seamless execution.
● Order Management & Coordination - Manage order processing from enquiry to dispatch, Coordinate with production, design, purchase, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution, Track order status and update clients on progress proactively,Ensure timely delivery of goods and manage any delivery-related issues.
● Turnaround Time (TAT) – One major criterion leading to client satisfaction is the execution of the project in a timely manner. The manager needs to monitor the turnaround time for all their projects and strive to improve it to meet the company's desired standards.
● Client Satisfaction – Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and work with the internal team, through the Project Manager, to provide quick resolutions.
● Business growth – The executive will have to drive business growth from designated clients in alignment with company-set targets.
● Reporting – The executive needs to maintain meticulous project documentation and provide timely reports as necessary.
Must have skills –
● Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
● Experience Require - 3-5 Yrs into Same Profile as- Client Service & MIS Executive into Manufacturing Industry & handling both B2B and B2C customers.
● Excellent Communication Skills – The candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with our external clients.
● Technical Skills- Proficiency in MS Office , Advance Excel, Google Meet, Dashboard and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
● Problem-Solving Ability – Ability to handle client issues swiftly and effectively in collaboration with the internal team.
● Client-Focused Approach – A professional demeanor that reflects well on Saksham Signs and fosters long-term client relationships.
