TM/LINE INCHARGE-CIVIL Function Plant Operations Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As a TM/Line In charge – Civil ,your role will be to coordinate & Execute Civil Infra Projects across multiple locations pan India maintaining time, safety & quality standards to facilitate operations. A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 1. Coordinate & Execute Civil Infra Activities Conduct daily progress review with PMC and vendors to ensure adherence to time schedule and cost. Identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. Provide inputs & coordinate scheme, design and drawings preparation for work execution Tendering of work activities for execution. Review vendor bills against work execution 2. Innovation & advancement Sustainability initiatives IGBC/LEED Compliances Cost optimization 3.Control of Budgets Periodic Budgets Review Cost Avoidance A Day in the life Coordinate & Execute Civil Infra Projects across multiple locations pan India maintaining time, safety & quality standards to facilitate operations. Academic Qualification & Experience Graduation in Civil Engineering Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction, (3+ years in an automotive firm) Technical Skills/Knowledge Project Management Cost Estimation Onsite Civil Engineering Experience Quantity Survey Behavioural Skills Strong interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills.
