Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with ITI (AOCP) or Graduate in Chemistry to join our Sanand production team at Doshion Polyscience Private Limited. The role involves -

1. Production Planning: Develop production schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.

2. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.

3. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency

4. Cost Management: Monitor production costs and implement strategies to optimize expenses while maintaining quality standards.

5. Reporting: Prepare regular reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) on production performance,including key metrics such as productivity, quality and efficiency.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as R&D, Supply Chain and Quality Assurance to ensure seamless production processes.

7. Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during production promptly and effectively.

   Candidate Profile

   Education: Graduate in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with relevant experience
