Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to supervise construction activities at the project site, ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications, and maintain quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the site and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and other project team members.

• Ensure the quality of construction materials and workmanship meets project standards.

• Read and interpret civil engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.

• Monitor labour productivity, material usage, and equipment requirements at the site.

• Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and material consumption reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.

• Identify site issues and coordinate with the project manager to resolve them.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented wherever required.

• Assist in quantity estimation, material planning, and measurement of completed work.

• Ensure proper utilization of resources and minimize material wastage.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or site supervision.

• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and technical specifications.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage site activities and work within project deadlines.
