Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with 1 year of experience to oversee civil construction and maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, monitoring construction progress, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and supporting project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities at the manufacturing site.

• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and project schedules.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.

• Verify measurements, quantities, and material usage at the site.

• Assist in the execution of industrial construction works such as factory buildings, foundations, roads, drainage systems, and utility structures.

• Review engineering drawings and report any discrepancies.

• Maintain site reports, progress records, and project documentation.

• Ensure adherence to company safety standards and statutory regulations.

• Support project planning, material management, and contractor billing verification.

Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction site supervision or industrial projects.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of construction methods, RCC works, and industrial infrastructure.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Understanding of site safety practices and quality standards.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in manufacturing plants, factories, warehouses, or industrial construction projects.

• Exposure to contractor management and site execution activities.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
