Job Description

Duties:

Plan project execution strategies and device guidelines with your peers. Ensure compliance of the same by your subordinates.

Manufacture the designs using tools and equipment available in house and plan, schedule, follow up, inspect external processes.

Generate CAM Program for daily shifts and Check correctness of programs/ processes and authorizing the same for use.

Interact, discuss, decide and purchase materials, maintain stocks required for projects form vendors approved by the company.

Generate, affirm, release necessary documents for ease of movement, storage, processing, testing, preserving materials of interest to the company. Follow resource planning tools and update project status, stock, worklog, resource consumption etc. from time to time.

To meet targets put forth by the company. Oblige with decisions made by your superiors/peers to bring out constructive, productive outcomes. Work as a team without prejudice for the development of the company, its clients and yourself.

Train your subordinates and keep them updated of the production process devised by the team. Keep the company informed about your team’s status and keep your team informed about the updates in company’s policies.

Responsibilities:

To safeguard the interests of the company and its clients at any cost.

Not create conflict of interest with the company by your actions during and past your tenure of work at the company.

Safeguard the decorum and work culture of the company.

Keep yourself and your subordinates safe from imminent danger from the working environment. Use safety measures devised by the company at all times.

Use the resources provided by the company with utmost care and responsibility.

Protect company property- material and intellectual at all circumstances.

Abide by the policies of the company and be updated with changes to the same.
