Organize health check-ups and medical surveillance programs
Ensure compliance with occupational health standards
3. Environmental Compliance
Ensure adherence to environmental laws and regulations
Manage waste disposal, pollution control, and resource conservation
Promote sustainable and eco-friendly practices
4. Training & Awareness
Conduct safety induction and regular training programs
Organize fire drills, emergency response drills, and mock drills
Promote safety awareness campaigns across departments
5. Compliance & Audits
Ensure compliance with legal requirements (Factory Act, OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.)
Conduct internal safety audits and prepare audit reports
Coordinate external inspections and certifications
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain safety records, incident logs, and compliance reports
Prepare monthly/quarterly EHS performance reports
Present safety metrics to management
7. Emergency Preparedness
Develop emergency response and evacuation plans
Coordinate with fire safety teams and first responders
Ensure readiness for chemical spills, fires, or other emergencies
